The Korean Drinks Class suits anyone interested in how drinks are made. It is a hands-on drink-making programme at the Yangjae event. The listing includes makgeolli (Korean rice wine) brewing and winemaking experiences. It is a good choice if you want to go beyond choosing what to drink.

Makgeolli and wine are listed together under the Korean Drinks Class. Drink-making is their shared theme. Compared with hangwa or drinking cup making, the difference in what you make is clear. Choose this if brewing appeals more than making food or accessories.

The Hangwa Making Experience offers hands-on food-making at the Yangjae festival. It is a supplementary programme held separately from the Korean Drinks Class. You can choose between making drinks and making food. This suits visitors drawn to the food side of hands-on activities.

The way you take part differs from the Korean Food Pairing Show. Hangwa making is listed as a hands-on activity, while the pairing show is a stage programme. Both involve food, but participation takes different forms. If your aim is to spend time making something yourself, choose hangwa.

Accessories used with drinks may interest you more than food. Yangjae’s Make Your Own Drinking Cup Experience is listed as an activity in which you make a cup for alcoholic drinks yourself. Alongside the Korean Drinks Class, where you make the drink itself, the difference in what you create is clear.

Hangwa involves food; this activity involves drinking cups. Even among making activities, your preferred object can guide your choice. This suits anyone interested in drinking culture who is more curious about making a cup.

The Cocktail Show is part of the Yangjae Korean drinks festival’s stage programme. It suits visitors who want to focus on watching shows. Compared with the class where you make drinks yourself, this is a way to explore cocktails through a show.

Its focus also differs from the Korean Food Pairing Show, another stage programme. If cocktails interest you more than food and drink combinations, this show is worth considering first. While the preceding activities are chosen by what you want to make, here you can choose by which stage subject interests you.
