Inside the same city, moving a single studio is a separate job, handled by a one-tonne yongdal truck (small-load delivery). Between them sit an Incheon company with a number for every district, an in-house operator in Yeonsu-gu, and a Yeonsu-dong company with its licence number on the front page. A family load points to the top of the list, a studio load to the bottom.

What is different about handing the job to a nationwide brand? Yeonggu Moving Branch 240 in Dorim-dong, Namdong-gu is the answer. It is Yeonggu Clean's Incheon branch, and it posts the head office rules on the branch page as they are.
The difference is in the paperwork. With a contract made after an on-site estimate, the head office covers extra charges that appear on moving day. The site says that cover is double. Damage goes through liability insurance. It is also the only one of the five that spells out a standard crew and vehicle setup.
Incheon reviews on the Yeonggu Clean site come with a district name attached. A Gyeyang-gu post says the writer compared several companies before choosing. A Yeonsu-gu move has a post about care taken for a cat and a pregnant resident. What the brand money buys, in the end, seems to be the compensation rules.

Another follows, from a recommendation in a residents' group chat. Low scores are probably missing for the same reason, that it is the company's own board. Big load or small, the first thing to look for is whether the ladder lift and the lift fee are on the estimate. Moving company notices say that line can appear fresh on the morning of the move.
Ask before you go

You can ask for a copy of the freight forwarding licence at the estimate or at signing. You can also search the licensed-movers information site or ask the district office transport department. Of the five, Yeonggu Moving Branch 240 and Joeunnal Moving post a licence number on their website, and whether the posted number is still valid is what the copy tells you.

One guide to moving in Songdo, posted in August 2025, says 30–34 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 m²) takes a 5-tonne truck with three movers and one kitchen hand, at ₩1,300,000 to over ₩1,500,000. For 20–24 pyeong it is 2.5 tonnes, ₩1,000,000 to ₩1,100,000. None of the five puts those figures on its website, so an on-site estimate is the answer.

It depends on the company and the contract. Moving company posts warn that an extra charge can be added on moving day under the ladder lift heading. Before signing, check whether the estimate lists ladder lift, lift usage fee and floor level as line items.
