If you want two people to be able to book any theme, Busted is the one. It is five minutes from Bucheon Station exit 3, on B1 and the 2nd floor of a building in a Simgok-dong alley. All five themes take 2–6 players, so nothing catches on the group-size box. The lengths differ too, from 60 minutes to 90.
There is no price list on the website; reviews put it at ₩24,000 per person for two. Detective B is an 80-minute mystery, and the venue notes a horror section partway through. Love Love Quiz Club is a 90-minute puzzle room, so a pair spends a long stretch thinking.
One review says that if you had to recommend a single venue in Bucheon, it would be this one. Gyeongseong comes with a note that some stretches are tight even for three. Which makes this the easiest place here to visit as a pair.

Six themes is the largest count in front of Bucheon Station. It is in the same alley as Busted, on the 4th floor on Buil-ro 459beon-gil. Monghwan takes 1–6 players with a note recommending two. My All Kill is listed for 2–4, Simgok for 2–6.
At ₩26,000 per person for two, Monghwan is the highest of the four venues. My All Kill is ₩24,000. A booking is only confirmed after a ₩20,000 deposit, so there is one bank transfer to make.
One review describes being thoroughly spooked by Simgok and then unwinding in Monghwan. Ghost material and a cute drama, in one venue. If one of you cannot do horror, start by reading the theme names.

Three minutes from Bucheon Station exit 7 puts you on the 6th floor of the Rodeo Building. It is the building next to Lotte Cinema, so it is easy to find. Prices for two themes, Jin Shi Huang and Ssaeng-eol, are posted on Jampit. At ₩22,000 per person for two, it is the lowest of the four.
Jin Shi Huang is a mystery and is marked as no horror. It is listed as physically active, so you move around a bit. Ssaeng-eol is half locks, half devices.

This is not somewhere you walk to from Bucheon Station. We put it in the table anyway. It is five minutes from Sinjung-dong Station exit 3, on the 5th floor of Joyluck Town. The website marks the genre and fear level of all four themes with circles. Only Grudge is fear level 2; the other three are 0.
Three themes take 2–6 players, and Grudge takes 2–4. The Diningcode menu lists ₩44,000 for two. The website shows weekends and public holidays running from noon to 11 at night.
Baram Baram Baram is a romantic comedy that starts at an older girlfriend's place. One review says the story delivers chills right at the end. If your date runs into the evening, this is the latest-opening of the four.

- If it is your first escape room as a pair — Next Edition Bucheon. Jin Shi Huang is marked difficulty 3 with no horror.
- If a friend might join at the last minute — Busted. Every theme takes 2–6, so one extra person does not change the theme.
- If the date runs into the weekend evening — Escape City Bucheon Sinjung-dong. The website lists weekends and holidays until 11 at night.
- If one of you cannot handle scares — Escape City Bucheon Sinjung-dong. Fear level is marked per theme, so you only need to avoid Grudge.
- If you choose by review count — Kkumsopung Bucheon. The highest-scoring Jampit theme of the four is here.
- If you want two games in one alley — Busted and Kkumsopung Bucheon. They are on Buil-ro 445beon-gil and 459beon-gil, a short walk apart.
Set the booking screen to 2 people and see which times open up first. For weekend afternoon slots, that screen is the answer.
Ask before you go

Sherlock Holmes New Bucheon is at 383-5 Simgok-dong, 5th floor. Its website lists four themes — XIAMEN, That Night, CRACK and Light Rally — all at 0% fear level. Group sizes and prices are not on the booking screen, so you have to ask at 032-655-8870. That is why it is not in this table.
- 2Can I go to a Bucheon Station escape room without booking?
All four have a booking screen on their website. Kkumsopung is only confirmed after a ₩20,000 deposit. Whether empty slots take walk-ins is not explained on any of the sites, so call to ask.
- 3Do I get the deposit back if I cancel?
Kkumsopung's deposit terms are on the booking screen, so read them before you transfer. Busted has a separate post about booking rules on its notice board. For Next Edition and Escape City you have to check the cancellation terms on the booking screen, and booking lookup and cancellation menus are on the Kkumsopung and Escape City websites.
- 4How many hints can I use?
Hint counts are not written anywhere on the four websites. One Escape City review says they escaped after using four hints. Ask the staff about any limit before you start.

One review says Busted has no discount scheme. Reviews list Kkumsopung's ₩1,000 off for an Instagram follow and ₩2,000 for a blog or cafe review. Reviews also mention cash, back-to-back booking and Instagram discounts at Escape City. No discount notice is visible for Next Edition.
- 6If I only block out the game time, will I be late for what comes next?
